Q: How to upgrade Team One's Reader v2.0 to Reader v3.0 ?
A: Use one of these processes to upgrade:
1. Uninstall Team One's Reader v2.0 first, then install Reader v3.0, need to enter the register code.
2. Install Team One's Reader v3.0, when system prompt to overwrite, choose yes, needn't to enter register code.
Team One's Reader v3.0 use the same register code with Reader v2.0.

Q: Why the Reader v3.0 reports "Not enough memory" when I read a *.chm file?
A: The decompressor of chm uses a large amount of memory. We recommend you free at least 3 times the file size of system memory when reading a *.chm file.

Q: Why my books cannot be listed in bookshelf?
A: Books must be put in "\My Documents\Bookshelf" or "\Storage Card\My Documents\Bookshelf" by default, you can change the default location by taping Tools>Options...>Other, entering the path in "Bookshelf".

Q: When I tap the register button after entering the code it indicates the code is invalid.
A: Please make sure that your owner name in Pocket PC is same as you registered, no extra spaces and fit the case, we recommend you clear the name then reenter it.
